Julie's Jewelry Payment and Shipping Information

Once you have decided which items you would like to purchase, please add them to your "shopping cart". When you are finished, there will be instructions on how to "check out". You will be asked for your name, mailing address, and e-mail address. This information will be kept entirely confidential and is used only for the purpose of communication between you (the buyer) and I (the seller).

Payment options include personal checks, money orders, and PayPal. PayPal is a web-based service that allows you to pay via credit card. If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be directed through the payment process and your PayPal payment will be processed quickly. If you choose to pay via personal check or money order, you will be given the name and mailing address to which you can send your payment.

As you go through the payment process, you will also have the option of purchasing insurance for your order. Insurance rates will be automatically calculated based on the total value of your order. Insurance is completely optional, and is only available if you live in the United States. If you live in Canada and would like to purchase insurance, please contact me directly for more information before you place your order.

All jewelry orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the time payment is received. I will let you know via e-mail when I ship your items. If you order any of my handcrafted lampwork beads, please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping, as these beads are custom-made after you order them. I work full-time and go to school part time, so I am not always able to make the beads the same day you order them!! Thank you for your patience!

My shipping rates start at just $1.50, and are calculated based on the number and weight of the items you are purchasing. Shipping rates on most packages range from $1.50-$6.00. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated as you go through the payment process.

Julie's Jewelry Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your items, please ship them back to me within 30 days of your receipt of the items. I will then extend a full refund (minus any shipping costs). Or, if you would prefer, you can exchange your items for different items of the same value. Regardless, the original merchandise must be returned to me before a refund or exchange will be issued.

Cancellations will be honored up until the items are shipped.
